Professional services have rapidly evolved over the last decade as information once buried in the deep recesses of books has become more accessible to the modern consumer. Now, when a client comes into my office with a legal issue, chances are he or she has done some preliminary research online concerning their case. This is true for all services, not just law, ranging from medicine to automotive work to deciding which coffee maker to buy. I am personally in favor of this. a client willing to educate themselves is a client worth working with.
